The Orchard
Welcome to our latest completed project.
This two-bedroom flat in the heart of Bath, tucked away on a quiet back road with its own private parking space, has been a truly rewarding transformation—from an outdated property into a polished, modern home perfect for young city living.
“Sophie hit it out of the ballpark and made my daughter’s dream flat come true.”

Before and After
Sophie and her team stripped the flat back to its core, making the most of the space by completely reworking the bathroom layout and reorganising the plumbing. She installed a spacious walk-in shower, repositioned and upgraded the toilet, and added a wide, deep modern sink. Brass accents run throughout the bathroom, tying in with the rest of the property, while beautiful turquoise tiles brighten the space alongside the new oak flooring.
Before and After
The kitchen was transformed from a basic, outdated space into a fresh and welcoming area that inspires home cooking. New tiles, appliances, and cabinets were installed, featuring a beautiful blue hue with brass accents and crisp white tiling—bringing the colour scheme together while brightening the room and making it feel far more inviting.
Before and After
The lounge was once weighed down by clashing wallpaper, mismatched décor, and outdated accents, but once stripped back it gave Sophie the perfect blank canvas. Removing the wallpaper and repainting the walls around the original fireplace in the same blue hue used throughout the property created a cohesive feel. Original artwork, brass lighting, and vintage upholstered chairs and sofas—paired with textured accent cushions, brought the room together into a warm, stylish space truly worth living in.
Before and After
What was once an unused room filled with mismatched furniture became a comfortable, well-spaced guest bedroom through Sophie’s vision. Keeping original features such as the fireplace and shelving, she brought new life to the space with a bright, fresh design. A large double bed with textiles inspired by the headboard, paired with a turquoise throw that ties into the paintwork, creates a relaxed, beach-house feel while still keeping the room modern and refined.
